2. Buying a Sofa

All sofas are sold as seen. Photos and condition descriptions are provided in good faith.
We recommend viewing a sofa in person before purchasing where possible.
Once a purchase is agreed and payment is made, the sale is final.
Payment methods will be confirmed at the point of sale.

3. Selling a Sofa

By submitting a sofa for sale, you confirm you are the legal owner.
We reserve the right to decline any sofa that does not meet our quality standards.
Payment to sellers will be made upfront upon collection of the sofa.
Prices offered are at our discretion based on condition, demand, and market value.

4. Showings & Viewings

Showing bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule showings with reasonable notice. Attending a showing does not obligate you to purchase.

5. Delivery

Where delivery is offered, costs and arrangements will be agreed separately. SOS is not liable for any damage occurring during third-party delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

SOS makes every effort to accurately describe all items. However, we are not liable for any loss or dissatisfaction arising from a purchase. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
